We can offer the lower rate to those on certain types of benefits. i.e. those claiming Job Seekers Allowance, Employment Support Allowance, Income Support etc. It also includes those who are full-time students or those claiming pension credits. Proof will be required. It does not include Working Tax Credits, Child Tax Credit or Housing Benefit. To hold your place a deposit of 50% is required.
